Privacy Policy
Arasaco ("we", "the Company") respects the privacy of PlaysNut users. This policy explains what information the app collects, how it is used, where it is stored, and how it is protected.
1. Nature of the App
The app is an order simulation service where users place virtual orders with an in-app balance. It does not provide real card payment, bank transfer, physical delivery, food delivery, cash-like point exchange, or coupon exchange.
2. Information We Collect or Process
- Nickname and installation identifier: nickname, random UUID, and onboarding consent records used to distinguish app users without sign-in.
- Virtual wallet information: in-app virtual balance, rewarded-ad grant records, and virtual balance spending history.
- Virtual order information: selected items, options, prices, order time, order status, order history, and simulated delivery or shipping status.
- Usage analytics events: impressions, searches, clicks, favorites, cart actions, virtual orders, rewarded-ad events, and recommendation-slot responses.
- Address-related information: if an address field exists, it is not used for real delivery. By default, server storage is limited to coarse or masked data such as city/province, district, masked address, and hash.
- Advertising information: ad SDKs may process advertising identifier, ad impression, reward completion, device, and network information to provide rewarded ads.
- Diagnostics information: crash logs, device information, OS information, app version, and crash time may be processed to improve stability.
3. Information We Do Not Collect
- Legal name, resident registration number, phone number, payment card number, or bank account number
- Payment method details for real checkout
- Server storage of detailed address originals, apartment/unit number, recipient name, or recipient contact
- Information for cash refunds, coupon issuance, or physical delivery
4. Purposes of Use
- Provide virtual orders, simulated delivery tracking, and order history
- Display virtual wallet balance and grant rewarded-ad balance
- Improve recommendation feeds, recently viewed items, and category displays
- Show simulation notices to prevent misunderstanding
- Prevent abuse, duplicate rewards, and security issues
- Diagnose errors and improve app stability
5. Storage Location and Retention
Some information is stored on the device, and some information may be stored on servers such as Supabase to provide the Service and analyze usage. Server data is retained until the service purpose is fulfilled, deletion is requested, or the operational retention period ends.
6. Third-Party Services
- Supabase: storage of user identifiers, virtual wallet, order records, and analytics events
- Ad SDKs: rewarded-ad delivery, reward completion verification, and abuse prevention
- Diagnostics tools: app crash logs and diagnostic processing
We do not sell users' personal information.
7. User Rights
- Delete on-device data by deleting the app or clearing app data
- Request deletion of server-stored data through in-app features or email
- Request access, correction, or deletion of personal information
- Choose whether to watch rewarded ads
8. Children's Privacy
The app is not directed to children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you become aware of such use, please contact us at the email below.
9. Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes, we will notify users 7 days before the effective date, or 30 days before material changes, through in-app notice or this page.
